Katherine Lawrence is the founder of Food Saved Me Institute and the instructor for our online programs. She has extensive nutrition education from Cornell, Stanford and Harvard. Keeping up with the latest nutrition science and bringing it to the community is a priority of Katherine’s and she has taught over 20,000 students.

In our courses, we share the latest nutrition science based on current research to bring you simplified, easy-to-implement strategies. Nutrition is highly personal and we always recommend that you speak with your primary care physician before making any major dietary changes.
